Palm Bay is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Palm Bay follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We came in today, place was fairly busy. Waited a minute or two to be seated and then was greeted by our wonderful server. We ordered the western burger with fries and steak & eggs breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly. Got a marshmellow milkshake to go, wife didnt want any dessert. Incredible little place, surprised we havent heard of it sooner. Will be back for sure. Also loved the 4th of july decor, very inviting.

Booked this for a tricky birthday dinner with the in-laws and the venue made the whole evening feel easy. The staff treated us all beautifully, gave us a lovely table that worked for our group, and were patient with the slightly stiff atmosphere we'd arrived with. The food gave us all something to talk about — varied menu so everyone found something they fancied, generous portions, proper flavours. The kitchen handled my mother-in-law's dietary stuff without any fuss. We actually had a really nice evening, which was the whole point. The bill at the end was very fair for the experience. Adding it to my list for these kinds of evenings. Genuine help.

If you’re tired of overpriced, stuffy chain restaurants where the food feels like it came out of a microwave, do yourself a favor and head over to Dottie’s. This place has been a Palm Bay staple for 40 years for a reason—it’s the real deal. The Food & Service From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pure comfort. It doesn’t feel like a cold business; it feels like walking into a friend’s or family member's kitchen for breakfast. • Speed: The food comes out at the speed of lightning. I’m not sure how they do it, but you won't be sitting around hungry. • Portions: They are incredibly generous. You definitely get your money's worth here. • Quality: Authentic, home-cooked meals that blow any franchise out of the water. Shoutout to Krystal! The highlight of our visit was our waitress, Krystal. In a world where service can feel transactional, Krystal makes it personal. She is friendly, attentive, and embodies that "no-fuss," welcoming energy that makes Dottie’s feel like home. She kept the coffee flowing and the vibes high without ever making us feel rushed. The Bottom Line: If you want amazing food, lightning-fast service, and a warm smile from folks like Krystal, skip t
